What Is a Vibration Motor?

A vibration motor is used to generate controlled vibration in industrial machinery. It supports material flow, screening, compaction, discharge and separation processes in production systems.

In industrial use, terms such as vibration motor, electric vibrator motor, vibro motor and screen motor may be used for similar product groups. The correct model should be evaluated according to the application and technical requirements.

Vibration Motor Selection

Choosing the right vibration motor depends on the machine, material characteristics, working environment and required vibration force. Motor speed, centrifugal force, voltage, body structure and mounting type should be considered together.

  • Machine capacity and material flow requirement
  • Required centrifugal force and operating speed
  • Voltage, frequency and protection class
  • Mounting position and operating environment
Application RPM Amplitude
