AVIBRO is racing full steam ahead toward its 2024 goals.
Continuing to move forward without interruption toward its 2024 goals, AVIBRO Vibration Motors aims to make a strong impact in both domestic and international markets with the LONG Series vibration motor it has started manufacturing.
Oscillating element technology, which appears especially in screens as equipment that eliminates unwanted movements of springs, can prevent unwanted lateral movements that may occur in systems driven by either vibration motors or electric motors. The oscillating element, which also ensures that the centrifugal system remains aligned in the conveying direction, stands out as a high-tech component formed by the combination of rubber and metal with advanced technology, while reducing the vibrations transmitted from the system to the ground to zero. In addition, unwanted issues such as belt loosening and motor foot breakage in chassis and screens driven by electric motors can be prevented with self-tensioning automatic motor bases.
By incorporating oscillating element technology, which is one of the integral components of vibration motors, AVIBRO aims to take technology one step further with the rubbers it has produced abroad.
AVIBRO is also starting the production of the LONG Series vibration motor, manufactured for the first time in Türkiye. With this technology, which allows the chassis to vibrate completely from end to end and thus enables the material on the grid to perform the desired screening process, AVIBRO aims to make a strong impact in both domestic and international markets and is preparing to launch the product in the third quarter of 2024.
AVIBRO, which has also added the production of vibration motors with a fully chrome stainless body to its product range, continues 2024 successfully in line with its goals.
